Go Skateboarding Day - Vancouver Footage

Some good skating went down. I noticed that one guy in the gray with the earbuds on totally killed it throughout the clips but I've never seen him before. I ended up at color mags website and found this flickr set and it turns out he's some dude named Cameo Wilson. I googled him and found out he's from Vegas. It seems kinda random for a dude from Vegas to be at GSD in Vancouver. Then I ended up at the Neff site and in his profile, it says he was born in Richmond, which makes more sense why he would be up here.

Golf Ball Compressing

This video seems exaggerated. Here's the explanation that I took from
here.
Can golf balls deform that dramatically? What you see in this clip is happening in less than 1/1000 th of a second. That's too fast for the human eye to perceive in detail, but a super-slow motion camera can capture it. Editor's note: The footage comes from the BBC and was shown during golf coverage. We were unable to establish whether a regulation golf ball or a 'practice ball' (with higher elasticity) was used for this experiment.

Daewon Song x Love Child

So sick. Daewon does some of his lines from Love Child eighteen years after he originally did them. Dude is one of the best. The Love Child graphic is awesome as well. There's also another 3 minutes of footage.

The DVS Shoes come with a free Almost Daewon Love Child handboard?

Demolition Fail

I walk by this building every weekday on my way to and from work. I watched them smash down the corner on the alley side but didn't stick around to see this craziness.

Random videos

I stumbled on this clip when I was looking at Dave Duren footage after reading this. Jake Stewart a Canadian I know very little about other than he rode for Platinum, RDS and Media. One thing I do know is the monster ollie he does at 0:46, located at David Lam Park around the corner from F&F HQ, is freaking huge and the footage does not do it justice! It's a good size gap of plants, then there's a fairly high rail going across and then a good size drop. Seriously big! McCrank skates the hubba next to in this clip. The spot is totally overgrown with plants now and is pretty much unskateable.
