Thought this pic from Crailtap was kinda funny. The caption says "A.V.E. demonstrating proper stretching techniques to Guy and Omar." It looks like he's trying to get Guy into a pidgeon pose, which has been a part of my daily stretching routine for years. Feels amazing.
